Mula Bandha: How to Practice

Mula Bandha is an ancient form of exercise. Called as "Kegels" exercise in Medical terms, it has it own various benefits. Mula Bandha stems from two Sanskrit words "Mula" meaning "Root" & "Bandha" meaning "Lock" or "Binding". In this form of exercise, the root muscles, or pelvic floor muscles are lifted which help strengthen the vaginal walls after childbirth & prevent other forms of inconsistencies. Mantra: The Yoga of Sound

Mantra is a string of syllables recited aloud generally (but can be recited in the mind as well). The Mantras are mystical and enchanting, understood originally by Rishis and Yogis. All of them were developed in the Sanskrit language. They are used as spiritual conduits, words or vibrations that in still one pointed concentration in the devotee.
